Intrathoracic goiter is defined as a goiter with more than 50% of its mass below the thoracic outlet. Superior vena cava syndrome associated with this condition is rarely reported in the literature. We present the case of a 65-year-old man who presented to our clinic with the presence of intrathoracic goiter. He presented with dyspnea, jugular vein plethora, and engorgement of superficial thoracic veins, all of which were suggestive of superior vena cava syndrome. Based on these findings, we decided to perform surgical resection via cervicotomy and partial sternotomy. The patient was discharged on the sixth day without any complications.
